How to Send an Ad

On-Line Submission

You may register with a free account with us by filling in the registration form here. Once registered, you may upload your artwork using our uploader tool. Please have your docket or job number handy to enter in so we know which images are associated with your order.

Email

You can compress your files using WinZip or Stuffit. This is to prevent the corruption of any data. Make sure to put the name of your ad and the name of the magazine the ad is for in the subject of your email and send it to:

graphics@tncpublishing.com

Snail Mail / Courier

You can do it the old way, and copy your files on to a ZIP or a CD. Send the files to:

#1, 6923 Farrell Road S.E.,
Calgary AB,
T2H 0T3.

Please don't send Floppy Disks. They don't travel well in the mail. If it's small enough to fit on a Floppy, it should be emailed. Also, be sure to send a note with it with the name of the magazine the ad is for.

Magazine Copy Deadlines are 45 days prior to the month of publication.
